Meet Livhuwani (Lebo) Sekhu

Livhuwani brings over 20 years of experience in human resources as a Human Resource Generalist and Manager, where she facilitated communication, leadership development, and conflict resolution in diverse teams and employees in the corporate field. Her lived experience as a Black South African woman who grew up during apartheid—then watched her children step into a freer, yet more complex world—inspires her coaching.
She founded Hayani Services to bridge the silent generational gaps she witnessed in families and workplaces.
